RETURNS INFORMATION

- To start a return, you can contact us at returns.lunamoon@gmail.com.

- We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving the item to initiate a return.

- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and inserts attached. Please include the receipt or purchase confirmation in the return package.

- Please wear your underwear when trying on the purchased product for the first time. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

- All shipping costs (including return shipping) and any associated customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to contact us with any return-related questions at returns.lunamoon@gmail.com.

- We do not accept returns sent with cash on delivery.

- Items shipped in branded bags/boxes must be returned inside shipping boxes, as they are considered part of the product.

- We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

- We recommend using the following shipping services: DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, InPost.

- If the order was made using a gift card, the refund will be credited back directly to the gift card.
